The BodyProject Program has been put together by Tim Colledge after 13 years in the industry and seeing the pros and cons of hundreds of different group training programs.
The program uses methods that Tim has found effective over his time in the fitness industry and he's disregarded the methods that he has seen fail.

Combining weight training and interval training has yielded great results since the day dot and we humans haven't changed that much.
The program has been around in Abu Dhabi in some shape or form since 2011 when Tim returned to the Emirate for a second stint.
Having had very large groups numbering 40 plus and on the other end of the scale training small groups of 3 and 4 people Tim says that for group training to work, create a community and at the same time be a coach-able number for one instructor there is an ideal group size of around 12 to 18 people.
Ultimately the program is about results so there is a community feel but the focus has to be on the training element.
Tim Colledge has been in the fitness industry since 2003 and has put BodyProject together after many years of learning what works and what doesn't work when it comes to getting fit, healthy lean and strong.

Having grown up in The Peak District England I was always going to be a active guy.I was mountain biking before I could walk and hours of hiking on a Sunday morning was for my family as important as the Sunday lunch that followed it.
I became a trainer after learning that the construction industry wasn't for me when I was 19.
Naturally skinny as a kid it took me a few years as a trainer to learn what worked for me when it came to adding muscle and even now it's the thing I find hardest. A bit too much focus on this through my early twenties and I saw a picture of myself looking FAT, I initially thought it wasn't me. But it was so for the first time in my life I had to learn how to get rid of fat without losing the muscle. It's challenges like these that have made me the trainer I am and it's why I feel I am well qualified to shout the odds to some degree when it comes to fitness for the average guy.
Tim had tens of thousands of training hours under his belt and still refuses to stand still in the industry. He practices what he preaches and is always on the look out for the next progression within health and fitness.

The training sessions at BodyProject last 50 minutes.
There is always a warm up and mobility section to start with that lasts five to ten minutes.
Then there will be bouts of work lasting anything from thirty seconds to 3 minutes. This interval style of training is by far the most effective way to burn fat.
The training we do incorporates Kettlebells, bodyweight exercises, lifting weights and all manor of EFFECTIVE styles of training.
@ BodyProject we have done away with the fluff and kept the training methods that work! As a result the people that we work with end up not just feeling great but looking great too. So many trining programs fall short due to focusing on weight loss instead of fat loss. At BodyProject we make sure that our clients don't just end up looking smaller but like they have shape too. This comes from getting stronger and fitter. This is our main aim and the looking great is a by product.
