I get it. We need goals, we need fuel and there’s nothing wrong with having a listen to a rocky movie montage to light a fire in you before you undertake a challenge.
But these pricks in the fitness industry that make out a training session is tantamount to attacking an enemy bunker or crossing a war stricken country with a new borne need to fuck off.
You’re trying to lose a few kilos. Not save Africa.
You’re lifting weights. Not holding a car from crushing a family member.
Just train. Lift weight, track progress and have a laugh while doing it.
