Fat blasting workouts in under 30 minutes.
The one thing I constantly fight with clients about is prioritizing. Work, kids, hobbies, fitness, cooking... I get it. So here are a couple of my favorite 'quickies' that I thought I'd share with you so that you never have to utter 'I don't have the time to train' ever again. Here they are;
Workout A. The bodyweight complex.
10 push ups,
10 jump squats,
40 seconds plank position
10 walking lunges (each leg)
Repeat this 5 times taking 1-2 minute rests between each full round.
Workout B. Sprints
Want Usain Bolts body? Do this
after a comprehensive warm up of 15 to 20 minutes...
Pick two points that are 40m (beginners), 60m (intermediate) or 80 to 100m apart and repeat the sprint 4 to 8 times with enough rest In between to fully recover. If you're feeling ambitious then try this on a slight incline or sand.
For this workout to be effective the sprints should be at near maximum effort. Once your pace starts to slow the you're done. Always take 3 days at least between repeating this routine.
