Fitness magazines, Pinterest diets and Instagram are keeping you from getting the results you want.
There's too much info out there! Be honest now, when was the last time you started a program and stuck with it to the end WITHOUT tweaking it in anyway what so ever?!!!!
The program you read in woman's health? Works. The one in the Daily Mail (daily fail), that works too. The one the the hottest 22 year old Instagram famous fitness model? Well... You might have to see her cosmetic surgeon for the boobs but for her abs and ass, yeah it works!!!
What doesn't work is the bit that you liked from each one of them mashed together in to a hybrid shit diet.
Some diets advocate carbs for breakfast (not mine), some advocate carbs for lunch and some say you can have cheese cake in the evening before bed (no shit, go checkout John kiefers carb nite diet). So there you have it... The perfect three diets you want to mix together so you can eat shit all day long!
My point is pick a lane and stay in it. Don't mix a good weight training program with P90 X don't start Pilates and think you need to run 5x per week in top of it. Don't do the Atkins combined with weight watchers and throw in a bit of intermittent fasting for good measure... FFS, find a decent coach / program and do what they say TO THE LETTER. I've had clients call me from the supermarket and ask which type of olive oil to buy. That's the kind of compliancy that'll get some awesome results!!!
