Keep an eye on the guys that get there head down and just get shit done!
I train groups of 10 to 20 people all year round and it's the clients that quietly and consistently come to sessions that get results. They ask sensible questions, they adhere to the program and they work hard... Then one day they say thank you, I've lost X kilograms and I'm feeling awesome!
Be badass by all means but don't rant and rave about what you're 'gonna do' then yield some half arsed efforts.
Just get shit done!
