I don't think people are that bothered about being fat. It's everything that comes as a result of the fat that's the problem;
•Not being able to wear the clothes you want.
•Not going to the beach because you'll be seen in swimwear!
•Not getting naked in front of your partner.
•Lack of sex/sex drive due to feeling shit about your body.
•Being the 'fat friend' and getting less attention on a night out.
•The guilt that comes after eating shit.
•Being too out of breath to play with your kids.
The list goes on and on... Think about it, the problem isn't the fat it everything that comes as a byproduct of the fat.
So when you're pondering over the gym or another episode of Game of Thrones, having the salad at lunch or going to the deli for a pastry and a coffee or even whether you should walk to work or get the bus then hit pause and THINK about all those problems that come as a result of the day to day bad decisions and the kilos you've been carrying around as a result.
Sorry for the honesty bomb but a harsh truth or two is what some people need to get them into gear!
