Weigh in and goal setting. No fluffy 'I wanna lose a bit of weight' goals are set at BodyProject Alpha. Members will be set a realistic goal, weighed and provide a shirtless selfie so that we can monitor progress!
Fitness tests from the US military that you can track, score and clearly see how your fitness and strength improves.
A month long nutrition plan. Each member will be provided with their own macronutrient calculated nutrition program. You'll be taught how to follow your plan or have the option of a food delivery company do all the hard work for you.
